What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct unarmed patrols of common areas, entry points, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• report hazards and unusual conditions
• and prepare clear, accurate reports.
