What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy
• build therapeutic relationships and a supportive environment
• complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• contribute clinical input in treatment meetings
• engage families and outside providers in treatment and discharge planning as appropriate
• collaborate with nursing
• monitor safety concerns
• use crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
• complete timely documentation
• comply with HIPAA, facility policies, and DNV standards.
