Resident Support Aide, All Shifts is an onsite, part-time role in Norton Shores, MI. Pay is $15.50–$18.25 per hour, based on experience and credentials. The aide follows individualized service plans, assists residents with activities of daily living, responds to requests, and reports changes in condition. The role supports residents’ independence and helps ensure care and services are delivered respectfully.

What you'll do

• Deliver care according to individualized service plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and dining
• respond to resident requests and call lights
• observe and report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor
• document care and services
• and assist with meals and life-enrichment activities as needed.

Why this role

Part-time positions are available across all shifts. Caregiving experience or certification such as CNA, CENA, or Home Health Aide is preferred; minimum age is 17.
