What you'll do

• Review federal and state tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate, gift, and nonprofit returns
• maintain relationships with staff, partners, and clients
• develop a book of business and new client relationships
• advise clients on tax planning and potential tax issues
• prepare tax projections and estate-planning computations
• conduct tax research and prepare memoranda and IRS responses
• represent clients before the IRS
• plan and supervise multiple engagements
• mentor and train staff
• support firm management and community engagement.
