The Medical Director, Breast Surgery role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Compensation is $250,000–$552,240 annually. The physician leader supports VHC Health’s comprehensive breast surgery program and works with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary care teams. The Medical Director maintains an active breast surgery practice while providing clinical, operational, and strategic leadership. The role advances program growth, quality outcomes, access to care, and patient experience across the breast care continuum, while supporting recruitment, care pathways, accreditation, and community outreach.

• Evaluate and surgically manage benign and malignant breast conditions
• perform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and sentinel lymph node procedures
