What you'll do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours
• present apartment features and amenities
• respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects
• guide applicants through screening, documentation, and move-in
• prepare lease documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• address resident questions and maintenance requests
• maintain leasing and resident records
• assist with rent collections
• support marketing, outreach, social media, listings, and resident events
• review online advertising for accuracy.
