The Crew Leader works onsite in Longwood, FL. Compensation is $15 per hour. Shine of Sanford provides commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting services. The crew leader coordinates daily job preparation and routes, communicates with clients, and performs service work alongside a technician when applicable. Jobsite inspections, payment collection, and vehicle upkeep help ensure completed work meets the company’s standards and equipment is ready for the next day.

What you'll do

• Attend the morning meeting
• help load vehicles with equipment and route jobs
• call clients while traveling to properties
• safely drive the vehicle
• greet property owners or caretakers
• perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and/or holiday-light installation
• inspect completed jobs
• collect payment
• clean, organize, and restock the vehicle.
