What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain visitor, incident, and shift activity records
• report facility issues and support assigned security operations.
