What you'll do

• Lead by modeling and reinforcing core values
• coach and develop the team
• promote accountability and continuous improvement
• serve as liaison between patients, providers, and the center
• educate patients about laser therapy and treatment expectations
• provide laser therapy treatments
• oversee staffing, inventory, and financial reporting
• monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and patient growth
• build and maintain physician referral relationships
• represent the center professionally. The posting requires a licensed chiropractor, musculoskeletal or orthopedic patient-care experience, and at least three years of leadership or management experience.
