What you'll do

• Assist internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person to obtain parts accurately and promptly
• use the Dealer Management System to sell, track, and inventory parts
• receive and put away stock
• manage warranty and core returns
• look up and sell parts
• create and track special orders
• conduct bin rotations and physical inventory counts
• communicate with team members and management about repairs, customer concerns, and inventory needs
• follow safety and environmental standards.
