What you'll do

• Direct daily floor activities to meet production schedules and output targets
• monitor stock, track inventory, and order supplies
• delegate assignments, train, and mentor personnel
• enforce SOPs, GMPs, quality checks, and safety regulations
• identify equipment or workflow issues and coordinate fixes
• track output, inventory flow, attendance, and break coverage
• monitor performance and take corrective action
• use inventory software, barcode scanners, and office applications
• address employee grievances and day-to-day operational problems
• perform production work alongside the team.
