What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders
• assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises and blood glucose monitoring
• care for bed-bound patients and provide incontinence care
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
