What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology vendors
• manage vendor relationships and performance reviews
• handle procurement from purchase requests through purchase orders and delivery
• negotiate pricing, payment terms, and licensing agreements
• coordinate payments and budget alignment with Finance
• define technical specifications with IT teams
• track asset lifecycles and warranties
• manage software license compliance and renewals
• monitor budgets and spending
• analyze total cost of ownership
• ensure policy and legal compliance
• mitigate supply-chain risks
• review vendor contracts with Legal.
