What you'll do

• Meet monthly sales volume forecasts and gross profit objectives
• organize new car sales activities
• recruit, hire, and develop sales staff
• maintain customer relationships and vehicle inventory
• communicate inventory, advertising, rebates, and incentives
• appraise incoming used vehicles
• forecast sales and expenses with general and sales management
• assist salespeople with customer interactions and closing
• supervise associates against sales quotas
• coordinate sales practices with Financial Services.
