What you'll do

• Prepare and execute dishes at the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards
• assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• maintain organized storage and production areas
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
• follow sanitation requirements and chef or sous-chef instructions.
