IT Asset Transportation Specialist

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate IT asset transportation
• arrange pickups, deliveries, and shipments with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners
• package and handle equipment to prevent damage
• manage packaging supplies
• schedule and track shipments
• record shipment dates, locations, and asset condition
• capture and validate asset tags, service tags, serial numbers, makes, and models
• support inventory audits and reconciliation
• follow transportation and organizational policies.
