Associate Director, Clinical Data Management

The Associate Director, Clinical Data Management role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, with annual compensation of $185,000–$220,000. This role leads clinical data management across assigned global studies, coordinating vendors and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, audit-ready trial data on schedule and in support of clinical development and regulatory submissions.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical data management from study start-up through database closure and archival
• oversee CRO and vendor performance, database design, EDC builds, data cleaning, external data transfers, and database lock
• manage study data deliverables and budgets
• partner with cross-functional study teams
• contribute to data management policies and standards.
