What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing employees
• perform restaurant stations and functions
• oversee cash management and nightly reports
• coach employees
• supervise shifts
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, facilities, and preventive maintenance standards
• complete opening and closing checklists, line checks, and cleaning checklists.
