What you'll do

• Educate and assist patients with eyewear selection
• greet and assist patients
• clean and adjust eyewear
• keep optical displays clean and stocked
• order jobs from the lab according to practice protocols
• troubleshoot eyewear issues
• check in and document incoming jobs
• review insurance and collect payments
• maintain accurate records and follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.
