What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
• lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups
• conduct assessments and level-of-care determinations
• develop treatment plans
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers
• coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers
• complete clinical documentation. Requires a relevant master's degree, at least two years of direct clinical experience, and active Maryland licensure as LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C.
