What you'll do

• Conduct routine internal compliance audits
• identify missing, expired, incomplete, or inconsistent records
• set corrective-action deadlines and follow up
• escalate unresolved issues
• prepare for Pennsylvania Department of Health, DHS, OLTL, ODP, payer, EVV, Medicaid, and other audits
• maintain compliance records, checklists, tracking reports, expiration calendars, and audit tools
• verify employee and client documentation
• monitor health screening, licensing, branch, EVV, and personnel-file compliance
• track regulatory changes.
