What you'll do

• Anticipate potential problems
• ensure installation jobs meet builder schedules
• verify layouts, materials, budgets, and quantities
• coordinate material delivery dates with the Production Coordinator
• collaborate with trade partners
• ensure jobsite safety
• resolve construction activity issues
• conduct pre- and post-installation inspections and field measurements
• deliver job-related materials
• accompany subcontractor technicians on occupied warranty jobs
• authorize installer payment for completed work
• track milestone dates in scheduling software.
