What you'll do

• Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and manager guidance
• build and administer total rewards and compensation programs
• ensure employment compliance
• lead full-cycle talent acquisition for a manufacturing workforce
• design and deliver training, onboarding, and leadership development
• champion the Open Book and ESOP culture
• build HR infrastructure and processes.
