What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other channels
• conduct screenings and interviews
• coordinate interviews and hiring through offer acceptance
• maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems
• partner with managers on hiring needs and workforce planning
• develop job descriptions and track openings
• build external recruiting relationships
• manage the employee referral program
• support onboarding, retention, and recruiting process improvements.
