What you'll do

• Lead, develop and coach branch staff.
• Develop and lead training initiatives for branch office staff.
• Ensure compliance with established budgets.
• Partner with branch scheduling team.
• Monitor and approve payroll processing.
• Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
• Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Attend required meetings.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans/marketing plans.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years related sales/marketing experience required.
