• Lead and coach approximately 5–7 Sales Service Specialists
• support order-to-cash execution and customer service
• resolve complex issues

• collaborate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, IT, and Commercial Operations
• use advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
