General Foreperson

Job overview

What you'll do

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies

• dispatch crews to job sites
• maintain equipment and facilities
• hire, train, and discipline employees
• approve time and manage crew hours
• plan efficient job execution
• control productivity and account for materials and equipment
• verify employee qualifications and driver approvals
• perform storm work as needed.
