The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – School-Based role is onsite in Plymouth, MI, on a day schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours per week. What you'll do
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- observe students and staff interactions in classrooms
- recommend strategies for challenging behaviors and student regulation
- assist with behavioral data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- consult on behavior modification and positive behavior support
- train and coach school staff
- conduct professional development related to ASD and behavior modification
- support behavior intervention implementation
- maintain documentation and student confidentiality.
