What you'll do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
• administer general, regional, local, or monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
• manage airway, ventilation, hemodynamics, and patient stability
• monitor patient responses and manage complications or emergencies
• oversee emergence and transfer to recovery
• provide postoperative pain management and clinical guidance
• document care
• maintain regulatory compliance
• participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and ASC leadership.

Why this role

Requires a master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program, active RN license, current CRNA certification through NBCRNA, and current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred if applicable. Experience in surgical, procedural, or ASC settings is preferred.
