The Caregiver — Home Care role is onsite in Chesterfield, VA, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. Right at Home Chesterfield supports seniors and adults with disabilities through home care services intended to improve clients’ quality of life. The caregiver assists clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, meals, mobility, and companionship. The role helps clients maintain day-to-day support at home, including reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and dementia care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with transfers and movement around the home
• perform housekeeping tasks
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• assist with bathing, showering, dressing, and shaving
• provide medication reminders
• assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• provide dementia care and companionship.
