What you'll do

• Depending on the assignment and care plan, provide companionship and household support
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and personal care
• offer medication reminders and other approved non-medical support
• observe and report changes
• document completed tasks
• follow safety procedures and assignment-specific training.
