What you'll do

• Integrate tax, accounting, and financial advisory insights into firm and client decisions

• lead reporting, modeling, forecasting, and analytics
• establish internal controls and compliance processes
• oversee audits, filings, financial systems, ERP platforms, and process improvements
• recruit, lead, and develop the finance team.
