The Assistant Manager works onsite at Veranda Luxe Cinema in Concord, CA, for $20–$22 per hour. Cinema West’s theater team aims to provide guests with an exceptional movie-going experience. The role supports the General Manager in daily theater operations, guest service, and team development. It helps maintain a clean and safe theater, uphold company policies, resolve guest concerns, and support staffing, training, scheduling, and shift operations.

What you'll do

• Support daily theater operations and serve as manager on duty when needed
• supervise duties across concessions, box office, kitchen, and usher areas
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• schedule and coach employees
• resolve guest concerns within policy
• handle cash-outs, inventory counts, and required documentation
• monitor safety, sanitation, food handling, and alcohol service requirements.
