The Non-CDL Box Truck Driver role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with Monday–Friday hours beginning at 6 a.m. and continuing until route completion. Compensation is $23 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Daniels Health provides regulated medical waste collection and management services for healthcare customers. The driver collects sharps and medical waste containers from customer locations and delivers reliable service along assigned routes. The role supports healthcare safety and infection control through careful handling, compliant driving, and timely collection and delivery.

What you'll do

• Collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• operate trucks up to 26 feet and, as applicable, vehicles up to 53 feet
• load and unload
• organize the truck and route
• communicate schedule changes or challenges
• comply with DOT requirements, log hours, and complete roadside inspections
• provide customer service and perform heavy lifting.
