What you'll do

• See patients with a broad range of needs for acute, chronic, and well visits
• provide in-office care and occasional telehealth visits
• collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• use clinical training for in-office procedures
• and obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states as needed. The role supports 8–16 patient-care hours per week and may include Saturday shifts at Skokie–Old Orchard.
