The Civil Site Development Project Manager role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with a stated salary range of $115,000–$145,000 per year, plus a performance bonus. The role supports Thomas & Hutton’s civil site development work, including land development, water and sewer infrastructure, and storm drainage. The project manager guides projects from planning through delivery, aligning client goals with engineering execution while managing scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. The role also supports business development and develops junior engineers and technicians through supervision and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Oversee civil site project lifecycles and accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate surveying, landscape architecture, and structural engineering
• prepare proposals and fee structures and identify business development opportunities
• direct engineering plans and specifications
• supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• track progress and resources using Vision or Microsoft Project
• navigate local and state permitting.

Why this role
