• Support network services and resolve network issues
• create documentation, communications, processes, and plans related to network design, management, implementation, and operations
• participate in projects and team meetings
• recommend efficiency improvements
• transfer knowledge to peers and staff
• apply routing, switching, VoIP, wireless networking, IP address management, VPN, firewall, and authentication skills.
