What you'll do

• Perform assigned production duties such as assembly, equipment operation, welding, or coil repair
• follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• operate and clean machinery safely
• conduct visual and quality checks
• communicate with team members and supervisors
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• support other departments as needed.
