This position supports the restaurant operations team at Border Foods, a large Taco Bell franchisee, in delivering quality food and service. The role exists to oversee daily restaurant operations and build a strong team that provides customers with a friendly experience. What you'll do

• Manage daily restaurant operations and team deployment.
• Monitor team performance and hold members accountable to standards.
• Ensure quality customer service and fast, friendly interactions.
• Maintain point of sale systems and inventory control.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
