Aviation Front Desk Receptionist

The Aviation Front Desk Receptionist role is onsite in Wheeling, IL, with pay of $19.50–$20.00 per hour. Compensation and schedule include availability for any or all shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty. The role supports Atlantic Aviation’s services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and general aviation aircraft. This position serves as the first point of contact for facility clientele and helps ensure their service needs are met. It supports aircraft operations by coordinating reservations, processing purchases and fuel transactions, and working with line service personnel and pilots.

What you'll do

• Provide professional customer service and assistance
• make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• process customer purchases and fuel transactions
• coordinate with line service personnel and pilots to meet customer service needs. Occasional travel or assignment to another Atlantic location may be required based on business needs.
