What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance
• partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate qualifications
• develop targeted recruiting strategies
• review applications and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews and selection
• prepare and extend offers
• coordinate pre-employment checks
• source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community partnerships
• maintain talent pipelines
• represent the organization at career events
• maintain ATS and HRIS records
• report recruiting metrics
• ensure compliance with employment laws
• support onboarding and process improvements.
