What you'll do
- Provide individualized neuroaffirming support across LEAPS programs, the Community Hub, and community settings
- teach and coach skills related to daily living, communication, self-advocacy, social development, emotional regulation, executive functioning, community access, functional academics, vocational readiness, decision-making, and problem-solving
- manage a caseload of approximately five to seven
- review goals and documentation
- monitor progress
- prepare goal-related activities
- communicate concerns
- collaborate on program modifications and follow through on action items.
