What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, facility leaders, architects, engineers, and industry contacts
• generate qualified opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, research, and client meetings
• conduct discovery and qualification conversations
• maintain CRM records
• coordinate relationship plans with the Director of Business Development
• support meetings, presentations, site visits, events, and follow-up
• collaborate on qualified pursuits
• report pipeline activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities
• represent company values.
