What you'll do

• Lead daily Survey Department operations, staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and project delivery
• manage and mentor surveyors, technical staff, and field crews
• oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, subdivision platting, and as-built surveys
• review and sign and seal deliverables as appropriate
• establish quality control standards
• manage budgets, revenue, profitability, utilization, and performance
• oversee projects from proposals through completion
• build client relationships and develop proposals
• champion AutoCAD Civil 3D, GNSS/GPS, UAV/drone surveying, LiDAR, and GIS.
