What you'll do

• Supervise daily shop operations and assign technician work
• coordinate schedules and customer deadlines
• oversee receiving, shipping, and processing customer equipment
• maintain equipment, vehicles, trailers, and facility systems
• order supplies
• ensure accurate documentation
• perform preventive maintenance
• lead monthly safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
• keep the shop organized
• support production hands-on as needed.
