What you'll do

• Identify and contact contract and non-contract customers
• prepare estimates and proposals
• follow up on leads
• manage opportunities focused on service agreements and new equipment
• sell, renew, and expand service agreements
• maintain stated closing ratios
• remain accessible by phone
• recommend solutions
• prepare and present proposals and contracts
• negotiate and close sales
• and maintain courteous customer interactions. Requires three years of in-home sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
