What you'll do

• Own project plans for acquisitions, developments, renovations, and community transitions
• set milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, budgets, and completion dates
• lead cross-functional meetings and report status to executive leadership
• establish readiness standards
• coordinate on-site transition teams and support community leaders
• monitor transition metrics
• develop repeatable project tools and processes
• lead post-project reviews and track resulting improvements.
