The Certified Medication Aide (MA40) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Crete, NE, part time, working 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend and holiday rotation. Compensation is not specified for this part-time position. The role supports Eventide seniors, residents, and clients. The aide contributes to residents’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by providing daily living assistance, following care plans, documenting services, supporting meals and activities, and—when using MA40 certification—administering medications and treatments under RN direction.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transfers, and ambulation
• support admissions, discharges, transfers, and new employee orientation
• complete documentation
• follow individual care plans and protect health information
• implement activities
• prepare and serve meals
• assist with dining room cleanup, housekeeping, and laundry
• when using MA40, prepare and administer medications and treatments under RN direction and respond to emergencies within training.

Why this role

CNA and Nebraska Med Aide 40-hour certification in good standing are required. CPR is required when using MA40. High school diploma or equivalent and six months of aide or caregiver experience are preferred.
