Description

Evaluate and monitor patient’s progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in the patient’s medical condition. Calculate drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication. Work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals.
