Project Manager, Operational and Inspection Readiness

Job overview

The Project Manager, Operational and Inspection Readiness role is onsite in Holly Springs, NC, with compensation of $45–$50 per hour. PSC Biotech provides services that help life sciences clients develop, manufacture, and distribute health care products in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role coordinates readiness initiatives across functions, tracking action plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Through project governance, reporting, and issue resolution, it helps stakeholders complete readiness activities on time and maintain visibility into project status.

What you'll do

• Coordinate readiness actions related to deviations, CAPAs, and operational improvement initiatives
• facilitate action-planning and cross-functional triage meetings
• monitor schedules, dependencies, milestones, and due dates
• identify and escalate risks and barriers
• track corrective actions and closure status
• support inspection readiness through gap assessment coordination, documentation, evidence collection, and stakeholder preparation
• maintain status updates, KPIs, trackers, dashboards, and leadership reports
• manage approved work plans and risk registers
• collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Validation
• document lessons learned and prepare final project summaries.
